Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings, intimate wear, or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
